One of the best finger-style Blues guitarists in the world, Geremia's playing exemplifies the musical wisdom of the late Rev. Gary Davis, who taught his students to think of the guitar as if it were a piano- with the thumb of their picking hand plucking the bass notes like a pianist's left hand, and the other fingers playing the melodies of the right hand. When Paul Geremia plays guitar, it's as if he's sitting at one grand piano. This album contains all original music written by Paul Geremia, with his liner notes and commentary about each song on the back cover.
The record is in excellent condition and looks like it has hardly been played. The cover has some surface wear but no seam or spine splitting, no tears, and no writing plus a gold promo stamp on the front. This is obviously a very early pressing too, because of the cool insert on a Flying Fish letterhead, explaining that the song order printed on the album cover is incorrect. This insert lists the correct playing order.
