This is one of the rarest of all the German Tamla Motown label LPs. This release is a rarity in any form, but this PROMOTIONAL RECORD Issue has a completely different cover than the other version. This is a Germany pressing that was released in 1969. The cover has light surface wear and some chipping around the edges, but also still retains some of its original cover gloss and luster. The vinyl has a significant amount of scuffs and scratches, and a spot of heat damage that extends from the outer lip of the record about 1 inch into the playing surface and about 3 inches around the outer edge. This causes the first song on each side to repeat when it hits this area. All the other material plays through with no skips, although it has ticking and quite a bit of surface noise. Still, this is one ultra sought-after item, and would make a top shelf addition for a Motown collection.

All LPs come packaged carefully in a sturdy corrugated box made specifically for mailing LPs plus a cardboard insert. The covers are placed in clear plastic record sleeves. The vinyl is removed from the cover (except for SEALED items) for shipping to prevent seam splitting during shipment.
